How many of you are familiar with the Dog Whisperer, Cesar Millan? If you have not had a chance to watch his show, I recommend you watch at least one episode. Picture courtesy of my daughter I love dogs and enjoy the show, but what inspires me the most is his spiritual gift of discovering the animals’ response, not by commands, but by the owner’s emotions and energy. That is profound to me; however, it makes perfect sense also. Since I’ve been watching the show, I started watching humans and how they portray negative or positive energy in their own household. Our energy determines how we can disrupt our household or create peace. If we are constantly in a hurry, we become frustrated easily, we make mistakes often, and then anger, self pity, and defeat surfaces. Yep, we are defeated because we give in and give up ~ you say things like, “That’s it, I quit. No one ever listens to me around here”!
