VOTE!

TUESDAY IS ELECTION DAY - PLEASE GET OUT AND VOTE!
Please remember to vote and pray for those already in office and those being elected to office WORLDWIDE! Those who are Christians have somehow strayed from the word and belittle our leaders and Presidents, regardless of political parties, race, and office. I myself have done so, and forgotten what God had said about it. Our prayers give our leaders wisdom and Godly ways to govern and lead us. Like Romans 13:1 says, Let every person be subject to the governing authorities for there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. (ESV)

And I Timothy 2:1-4 says: First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (ESV)

Do You REALLY Know?

I was in JC Penney a few years ago just browsing and this woman passed me calling a little girl who was in the shoe section to come on, she was ready to leave. The little girl quickly grabbed a specific pair of shoes and walked over to her, pleading for the shoes. Well being social, I commented they were very cute shoes and would look good on her. The Grandmother proceeded with, “She has more than enough shoes at home and although they are cute, we are not buying them”. The little girl begged for a short while and realized she was not going to win this battle, so the shoes went back to the shoe department. As the little girl was leaving, her Grandmother began telling me how she provides for the child quite often and her daughter (the child's Mother) do not have a good relationship. # 7 Objectives (n) - something your working towards Increase! ---Hmmm! Increase in what? I'm not sure what you mean by increase! Increase in finances maybe ~ or increase in knowledge ~ or perhaps you mean increase in healthy friendships!  All of these are attainable; however, they are not accomplished without work on our part to obtain them ~ and keep them. Maybe you want to increase your household! Uh Oh! (Big Smile) ~ VUALA ~ here's your baby!
